- Experience of leading a team comprising of technical and support staff for product development.

Role Profile - Responsible for setting product development road-map in consent of stakeholders, following up on the road map by coordinating between Sales, development, QA and Support and ensuring its delivery.
- Setting up Priorities for projects / tasks with Stake holders
- Delivering effective presentations to senior managements on product development plans and any positive and negative impacts
- To evaluates risks and trade-offs and proposes contingency plans
- Technically involved in finalizing User Interfaces, Interactions and hence well informed with customer's experience with the products.
- To set project related budgets and ensure its effective utilization.
- Responsible for Product Quality in terms of technical interfaces.
- Strong interaction with CTO Software and CTO Hardware to continually improve technical products on the company.
2. Software Team Leads Requirements: Qualification BS/MS in Computer Science from a Recognized Institute/Foreign University Experience At-least 6-8 years of experience in the IT Industry, which includes: - At least 02 years of Software Team Lead experience
- 4-5 years of software development experience on various technologies of MS Windows / Linux
- C / C++, C#, MS SQL, ASP.net, VB.Net,
- Linux C / C++, my SQL, PHP, JAVA
Skills Technical - Well versed in C/C++/C#/Java
- Must have good hands on SQL Server 2000/2005
- Must possess effective analytical and problem solving skills
- Must be familiar with Linux (Linux Development Experience will be a PLUS)
- In-depth knowledge of Project Management practices and methodologies.
- Very strong knowledge of software development estimation techniques such as functional point or use case point estimation.

3. SQA Engineers Requirements: QUALIFICATION: Bachelors in Computer Science/Computer Engineering from a reputable institute. EXPERIENCE: At-least 1-3 years experience in Software Quality Assurance SKILLS: Technical: · Trained in software quality control, bug tracking & reporting. · Experience of testing web/desktop applications · Must be an expert in tools of Web Runner, Load runner, Automation tools, Test Director, Microsoft based products and Java applications · Knowledge of writing test cases, test data generation and execution of test plans · Knowledge of testing using black box technique · Capable to understand the system from Functional Specifications General: · Effective Communication Skills · Self-Motivated and Energetic · Passion for Excellence · Team Player · Result-Driven 4. Customer Support Engineers/Internati onal Customer Support Engineers QUALIFICATION: Bachelors in Computer Science/Computer Engineering EXPERIENCE: - At least 1-3 years in providing technical support to corporate clients.
