NBP invites applications for Management Trainees/OG-Il/AFOs in regular cadre as per criteria given below:
Qualification:- (from University/Institution recognized by HEC).
Age Limit:- Maximum age limit 26 years as on 31.07.2009.
Compensation:- Management Trainees will be appointed as Officer Grade-Il in regular cadre and will receive a gross compensation of around Rs.30,000I- per month plus bonuses, liberal perks and end service benefits.
Training & Development:- They will receive comprehensive training in banking and management to groom them as professional bankers.
Career Growth:- Management Trainees on completion of three years will be promoted as Officer Grade-I and in next three years as Assistant Vice President on the basis of their performance.
Selection Process:- Candidate will be required to appear for written test on the pattern of GMAT/GRE. Successful applicants will participate in group discussion and final interview.
Venue of Test:- Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta. Candidates from in and around these locations will appear for the test at their nearest venue.

We ralre the services of a high caliber FINANCE PROFESSIONAL for placement as Finance Director of Northern Power Generation Company Limited (NPGCL - GENCO-Ill), Muzaffargarh. This is a top management position providing a unique opportunity to Finance professionals to participate and be major contributor to the Power Sector Reforms.
Job Profile: Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors, the incumbent shall be responsible to management of the Finance functions and implementation of sound financial policies including but not limited to computerized accounting and management information system, corporate planning and control, budgeting & funds management. A proactive management style and experience of managing the change” is a pre-requisite.
Qualifications / Experience: ACA, ACMA, ACCA & MBA (Specialization in Finance from recognized National & International Institutes of good repute) with a minimum of 10 years post qualification experience in senior position of large commercial organization eta repute.
Age: Upto 55 years
Salary Package: A six-digit salary package with company maintained car.
