Urgently Required Regional Managers.

A Multinational Islamic Bank urgently requires experienced and hard working   Regional Managers for its Centre, North and South divisions.
POSITION TITLE	Regional Managers reporting to  Country Head Corporate and Retail Banking
POSITION BASED IN	General Manager South shall be based in Quetta, North in Peshawar and Centre in Lahore

GENDER	Male
AGE	Should not be more than 45 years
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION	The applicant must be an MBA or equivalent from a reputable local or foreign university with a   minimum of 10 to 15 years relevant experience in a commercial bank, preferably in the Retail Banking department of an Islamic commercial bank. In addition, applicants must possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITES	·         Generating deposits in the branches within the respective areas by maintaining long term relationship with clients. ·         Provide leadership and guidance to Bank Branch Management for deposit mobilization and promotion of all the bank's products and services. ·         Establishing short and long term goals and strategies for business promotion. ·         Budgeting and assessing the business performance against the goals that have been set to take appropriate strategic decisions. ·        Establish and lead  Brand Marketing  department that follows Bank policies. ·         Identification of locations for new branches. ·         Assist HR in recruitment, selection, formation and management of staff. ·         Liaison with Shariah Board and Product R&D departments for the development/ optimization and implementation of new Islamic banking products. ·         Traveling across Punjab as well as Pakistan as required by the business of Bank. ·         Synergizing the teams in branches to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity. ·         Ensuring service quality and compliance with Bank  policies in all affairs relevant to branch management and business
