Design, develop & update training curriculum and program for all employees
Conduct In-house audits/Conduct Site audits
Review and Update Quality SOPs
Handling regulatory inspections
Track and Initiate review and update of SOPs for clinical research
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in research methodology and conduct of clinical trials: Phase II to Phase IV in a wide spectrum of therapeutic areas
Understanding and first hand knowledge of drug development and documentation practices, GCP training
Experience establishing and implementing quality assurance systems (Audits, SOPs, Training, gap and root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, etc..)
