Quality Assurance Assistant

 

The Job:

Reporting to IT Compliance Manager, QA Assistant will provide assistance and coordination in all aspects of IT related Quality Assurance matters. Assisting in monitoring the software engineering processes and methods used to ensure quality. Assisting in requirements gathering and documentation, source code control, code review, change management, configuration management, release management and the actual testing of the software. Assist in maintenance and improvement of Quality Management System. Participate in conducting Internal Quality Audits

 

The Candidate:

·    Desired candidate will be an IT graduate and having at least one year experience of working in Quality Assurance domain and related services

·    Must have good understanding of the software development life cycle

·    Relevant experience with the validating functional specifications, editing design documentation

·    Ability to write test plans and test scripts, IT Processes, systems documentation

·    Execute the test cases and report bugs

·    Must be systematic, analytical and possess an investigative mind as well as good report writing skills

·    Ability to meet tight deadline.

·    Strong organizational skills

·    High attention to detail

·    Ability to multi-task

·    Working knowledge of MS Word, Power Point and Excel

·    Ability to write and edit technical documents
